Ms. Shruti Malviya, learned Brief Holder for State has no objection if such prayer is considered. 3. Considering above submissions and since few reasons are assigned in impugned order dated 17.02.2024 i.e. irregularity committed during procedure for appointment of petitioner and his claim for regularization was rejected, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner is granted an opportunity to submit documents to contradict findings returned in impugned order within 3 weeks.
