Petitioner before this Court is aggrieved that his application for regularisation has been rejected by respondent Regularisation Committee without giving any opportunity and that petitioner has material to contradict reasons assigned therein in impugned order i.e. he was continued in service since 28.11.1990 and his appointment was approved. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that despite an opportunity granted to petitioner, he has not submitted any document in regard to issues referred above. 4. Considering aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner has documents to contradict findings returned in impugned order, he is granted an opportunity to submit those documents within 2 weeks and thereafter concerned State-respondent Committee will revisit the impugned order within a short period.
