Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the report R.C. Form-19 submitted under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner can take objections to the notice, in case, proceedings are initiated against the petitioner by issuing R.C. Form-20. 4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take objection, in case, the petitioners are served with Notice R.C. Form 20 and if such an objection is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned Assistant Collector, in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
