Mr. Gaurav Kandpal, learned counsel for the applicants. 2. In this contempt application, applicants have sought enforcement of common order in different writ petitions. Registry has also raised objection to this effect. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants concedes that the objection raised by Registry is factually correct. He, however, submits that since all the writ petitions were decided by common judgment, therefore, a common contempt petition has been filed. 4. Since the orders were passed in separate writ petitions, even though those writ petitions were decided by a common order, proper course would be to file separate contempt petition. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file fresh/separate contempt petitions. 6. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
