When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on receipt of written instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.489 of 2020 under Sections 354, 354(a), 509, 294, 323 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 10, 12, 14 POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3 (2) (va) of SC’s & ST’s (POA) Act, 2015 dated 22.06.2020 of Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur Urban District. 4. Recording the same, the Writ petition is disposed of.
