The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 34 of the IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per allegation, the son of the petitioner along with other co-accused persons molested the informant’s minor daughter. When informant protested, petitioner and other accused persons assaulted him and his nephew and also snatched a gold chain worth Rs. 60,000/- from informant’s mother. Patna High Court CR. MISC. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. His further submission is that the allegation of eve teasing the informant’s minor daughter is against the son of the petitioner and not against the petitioner. Injuries inflicted upon the injured person is found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail by submitting that the petitioner inflicted iron rod blow on the informant’s head. 6. The allegation of eve teasing is not against the petitioner and injury is only abrasion on the forehead of the informant. 7.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
