The present revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgement and order dated 15.10.2009 passed by Sessions Judge, Kaushambi in Criminal Appeal No. 68 of 1996, dismissing the appeal preferred against the judgement and order dated 16.9.1996, passed by then Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Allahabad in Case Crime No. 2164 of 1994, under Sections 7/16 Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954, P.S.- Saini, District- Kaushambi. 4. As per office report dated 06.9.2025/12.09.2025 bailable warrant could not be executed against the revisionist because he has died as per report of C.J.M., Kaushambi dated 14.8.2025 which is on the record. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the copy of the statements of the witnesses and death certificate have also been annexed thereto. 5.
