CMP No.2765 of 2026 Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced letter dated 17.03.2026 issued by the Director General, Prisons & Correctional Services, Himachal Pradesh and order dated 13.03.2026. The same are taken on record. As per office order dated 13.03.2026, the petitioner has been granted higher stage of pay of Rs.30,500/- after completion of two years of regular service. In view of the above, the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court on 22.08.2025 in CWP No.13468 of 2025, titled, Pankaj vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others has been complied with.
