The writ petitioner by the instant writ petition has sought for directions to allow it to participate in the tender process based on the directions contained in an order dated 28.08.2025 passed in WA No. 44/2025 and other connected matters with regard to supply or roofing sheets. The writ petitioner however was not a tenderer in the tender process for which NIT had been floated on 10.09.2024. 2. A perusal of the said directions contained in the order referred to above would reflect that the learned Division Bench had only limited the test of eligibility to one Manaksia Aluminum company and M/s Mariem Commerce Limited who were tenderers in the initial round. The writ 2026:MLHC:252 petitioner being a stranger to the proceedings, therefore has no locus to seek participation in the process which was already underway and subject to orders of the Court.
