By the present petition, the petitioner is questioning the order dated 31-12-2024 by which the State has transferred the petitioner from the post of Principal, Swami Atmanand Higher Secondary School, Pendra, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi to the post of Incharge Block Education Officer, Pendra, GPM. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a sexagenarian and is suffering from Mild Apical Hypokinesia. He would further submit that the earlier Incharge Block Education Officer, Pendra, GPM, in whose place the petitioner has been posted, has challenged his transfer before this Court in WPS No.849 of 2025 (Ravindra Nath Chandra v State of Chhattisgarh & Others) and this Court has passed an interim order in his favour. Thus, looking to the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner be permitted to work at the present place of posting. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order he may approach the competent authority by filing a representation. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, particularly considering the fact that the petitioner is a sexagenarian and is suffering from ailments and further considering the fact that the earlier Incharge Block Education Officer in whose place the petitioner has been posted, has approached this Court challenging his transfer wherein interim protection was granted by this Court in his favour, the impugned order dated 3 31-12-2024, passed in respect to the petitioner, is quashed. The respondent authorities are directed to allow the petitioner to perform his duties at the present place of posting i.e. Principal, Swami Atmanand Higher Secondary School, Pendra, District GPM. 6.
