Issued a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent no. 2 to conclude and decide the application dated 18-11-2024 submitted by the petitioners for paid the compensation amount to real tenants/petitioners after execution of sale deed of Arazi no. 133 K area 0-57 decimal, arazi no. 134 area 0-52 Decimal, arazi no. 181 area 0-65 decimal all situate in Mauja Sultanpur, Pargana- Kopachit Sharki, Tehsil and District Ballia with reason and speaking order, within stipulated time, whereas said land in question have already acquired under the Green Field Project by Competent Authority." 2. Neither in the writ petition nor in the affidavits filed subsequently, there is any disclosure as to under which provision of law, the subject land was acquired by the respondent-Authority. 3.
