Case No. 106 of 2022, as the matter is pending since 2022 and all the accused persons have already put their appearance. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner and the fact that the FIR was instituted in the month of June 2022 and till date no final report has been filed by the Investigating Agency, I direct the Senior Superintendent of Police, Dhanbad to ensure that final report on conclusion of investigation be submitted as early as possible without unnecessary delay.
