Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the suspension order has been recalled and the petitioner has been reinstated. A fresh disciplinary order has been ordered. The cause of action on which the writ petition was founded does not survive. The writ petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the enquiry proceedings may be concluded within a stipulated period of time. Interest of justice will be served by directing the respondents authorities to conclude the enquiry proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate in the inquiry proceedings. The writ petition is dismissed.
