Case No.122 of 2025, for offences under Sections 317(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 12(1), 12(2) and 12(3) of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 2. Heard the parties at length. 3. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application. 4. This is a case of illegal smuggling of banned bovine animals. 5. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had cruelly stuffed the cattle (milching cows) and calves in the vehicle. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed. 8.
