None present for petitioners. 2. Mr. Bhaskar Chandra Joshi, learned A.G.A. with Mr. Vipul Painuli and Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holders for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.251 of 2021 dated 13.08.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 376(2)(n), 504 and 506 of IPC and under Sections 5l & 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, registered with P.S. Kaliyar Sharif, District Haridwar. 4. It is informed by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, challane report/charge-sheet has been submitted by the Police against the petitioners on 12.10.2021, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 6. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
