Prayer of this writ petition is not accompanied by requisite documents. There was a requisition to fill up the post of Steno and not of Routine Clerk, as sought in this writ petition. Therefore, the basis of this writ petition appears to be incorrect. Committee of Management has never sought permission to appoint any Routine Clerk. There is no document to support contention of petitioner. This writ petition is factually incorrect. 3. Dismissed accordingly. 4. Court also takes note that this writ petition is accompanied by an affidavit of one, Rachit Sharma, who has declared himself to be doing pairavi on behalf of petitioners. There is no resolution on record in favour of said person. Therefore, a cost of Rs. 5000/- each is imposed on petitioners as well as on deponent of affidavit to be deposited before High Court Legal Services Committee within three weeks from today.
