Following orders were passed on 18th December, 2024:- "1. The allegation is, earlier order passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 26124 of 2024 (Pyare Hasan and another v. State of U.P. and 7 others) has not been complied. Without making any demarcation, the State-respondents have forcibly laid chak road over the bhumidhari land of the petitioner. 2. Shri Anubhav Chandra, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days' time to obtain clear written instructions with respect to the facts noted above. 3. Put up as fresh on 08.01.2025." Instructions are received from the State Authority, copy of which, has been given to counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, demarcation has been carried out by the revenue authorities and that none of petitioner's land is included in chak road or nali. Petitioner's representation has also been rejected on 21st November, 2024. Copy of this order is also annexed alongwith the instructions. Leaving it open for the petitioner to assail the order in appropriate proceeding, this writ petition is consigned to records. It goes without saying that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the demarcation, he may move an appropriate application under Section 24 of the U.P.
