Specific prayer has been made through the instant petition that a direction be issued to the learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Khurja, Bulandshahar to decide Case No.2780 of 2024 (State V. Arun ad others), arising out of Case Crime No.240 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 354(Ka), 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Chhatari, District Bulandshahar, expeditiously. 2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after relevant time with the same prayer as sought through the instant petition, if required. 3.
