JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 24.06.2025 Heard Ms. L Wajeeda, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri N Das, learned State Counsel, Assam. The dispute, which has been sought to be raised, clearly appears to be a private dispute with the respondent no. 4 wherein, an allegation has been made of encroachment and construction of a building over a plot of land. At this stage, Ms. Wajeeda, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the appropriate Civil Court.
