This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case No.800 of 2016 (State Vs. Ram Sakal and others), under Sections 323, 504, 325 IPC, Police Station Sarpataha, District Jaunpur arising out of case crime no. 56 of 2006 within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2016, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No. 800 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
