The present C-482 Application has been preferred by the applicant for seeking an appropriate direction to the Court of 1st ACJ(JD/JM), Roorkee, District Haridwar, for expediting the proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No. 788 of 2020, “Darbaree Vinael Industries Vs. Cool Deck Cooling Towers and Another”, being the proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, which is required to be decided in accordance with the provisions contained under Sub-section (3) Section 143 of the N.I. Act. 3. Since there has been a mandate of the statute, that the proceedings under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, has to be decided expeditiously, this C-482 Application is being disposed of with the request to the court of 1st ACJ(JD/JM), Roorkee, District Haridwar, to decide the proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case No. 788 of 2020, “Darbaree Vinael Industries Vs.
