It is noticed that on 07.03.2025, Adjournment Slip was circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of which the matter was adjourned for two weeks. Thereafter, on 28.03.2025 again a request was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to adjourn the matter and, therefore, this Court passed an order for listing of the writ petition in the month of August, 2025. Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find any case for listing of the case earlier than in the month of August, 2025, as has been ordered by this Court and, hence, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed.
