ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, order or directions, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with petitioner personal life and liberty and threatening the petitioner to Accept that he is Accused No.3 in PRC.No.20/2011 in Crime No.88/2006, on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banaganapalle namely Ammineni Sridhar Naidu, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violation Articles 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the order dated.21-02-2019 in WP.No.6907/2018 and consequently direct the respondents herein not to force, threaten or harass the petitioner and his family members to Accept that he is Ammineni Sridhar Naidu in PRC.No.20/2011 in crime No,88/2006, on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banaganapalle or otherwise petitioner and his family will suffer serious loss and great hardship and pass....…”
2. Heard Sri Challa Siva Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering with the petitioner’s personal life and liberty.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police are not calling the petitioner to the police station.
5. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to threaten the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
