This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs seeking a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No. 2 of 2025, Laukhi Singh & Others vs. Aman Singh & Others, expeditiously. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners/plaintiffs submits that they instituted Original Suit No. 2 of 2025, Laukhi Singh & Others vs. Aman Singh & Another, for permanent injunction on 02.01.2025. Along with the said suit, an application (6C2) supported by an affidavit (7C2) was also filed for grant of temporary injunction. On the said application, notices were issued to the respondents/defendants on 02.01.2025 for filing objections and for disposal, and the matter was fixed for 17.01.2025. 3. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/plaintiffs that the said application is still pending consideration before the learned trial court. Hence, the petitioners have approached this Court seeking the aforesaid direction. 2025:UHC:8447 2 4. I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners/plaintiffs. 5. The inordinate delay in disposal of the application for temporary injunction would definitely cause irreparable loss to the petitioners/plaintiffs. The suit has been filed for permanent injunction. 6. In view of the matter, the prayer sought is allowed. The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, is directed to expedite the disposal of application 6C2 and to decide the same within 30 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 7.
