By the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and to grant to permission to the petitioner for training of Eye Assistant Training Officer for the year 2024-25. 2 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that vide communication dated 1-7-2024 the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Balod recommended the name of the petitioner to the Joint Director, Directorate Health Services for extending the aforesaid training to the petitioner. He would also submit that the petitioner submitted a detailed representation before the authorities on 27-1-2025, which is still pending consideration. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State, ex adverso, would submit that if the representation dated 27-1-2025 of the petitioner is pending before the authorities the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and particularly considering the recommendation made by the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Balod, dated 1-7-2024 to the Joint Director, Directorate of Health Services, recommending the name of the petitioner for training of Eye Assistant Training Officer, the Director, Directorate of Health Services is directed to consider and decide the pending representation dated 27-1-2025, in accordance with law and on its own merits, as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
