By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.853 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 504 and 506 of IPC, registered with P.S. Kotwali Laksar, District Haridwar. 5. It is submitted by learned State Counsel that charge-sheet has been submitted after investigation against the petitioners on 01.12.2021, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 7. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 8. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
