The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2/ Sub-Divisional Officer, Jakhania, Ghazipur to expedite the Case No.3678/2024 [Computerized Case No.T202414290503678], (Satyendra Vs. Heera), under Section 38(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Counsel for the State-respondents submits that the case summary, appended alongwith the writ petition, indicates that 30th September, 2024 was the date fixed in the case. 5. It is further pointed out that as per Rule 36(6) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016, an endeavour is to be made to conclude the proceedings for correction under Section 38 within a period of 45 days from the date of receiving the application with the report. 6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the court/ authority concerned would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of 45 days, as per the statutory mandate, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
