The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau, to decide Case No. 03988 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. T201915510103988) [Heral Shah Vs. Shahabjan Shah], under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, stated to be pending since 12.04.2019, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau, to conclude the proceedings at an early date. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mau, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, provided there is no other legal impediment.
