Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J The petitioner has alleged non-compliance of decision rendered in Het Ram Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 2. The respondents have filed the compliance affidavit along with consideration order dated 26.04.2025, whereby work charge status has now been conferred upon the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2010 on notional basis. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have not refixed the pay of the petitioner upon conferment of work charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2010. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No.15940/2024 decided a/w connected matter on 23.12.2024 2 4. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record a copy of order dated 02.08.2025, whereby petitioner’s pay has been refixed in view of retrospective conferment of work charge status upon him. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the aforesaid order redresses the grievance of the petitioner, therefore, this petition be closed at this stage, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, in case, necessity so arises in future.
