Upon considering the prayer, this Court finds that directing the learned Magistrate of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Srikalahasti, to expedite the disposal of C.C. No.68 of 2023 by fixing an early date for hearing within three months cannot be entertained. 4. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. 5.
