The present application has been filed to direct the learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Ghaziabad to conclude the trial of S.S.T. No.579 of 2018, State of U.P. Vs. Bhawnesh and others, u/s 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act and Section 3(2)va of SC/ST Act, arising out of Case Crime No.222 of 2016, Police Station- Mahila Thana, District-Ghaziabad, within a stipulated period. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this application to avail the remedy for expeditious disposal u/s 529 of BNSS. 4. In view of the above request, present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Certified copy of the impugned order, if any, may be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining xerox copy of the same.
