The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-Commissioner Basti Division, Basti to decide the Case No. 438 of 2024 (Computer Case No. C202417000000438) (Amarsen Singh and others Versus Virendra Pal and others), under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Commissioner Basti Division, Basti to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is no legal impediment.
