Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to produce the resolution of the Land Management Committee authorizing the Gaon Sabha to challenge the order impugned by the Gaon Sabha in the writ petition. There is no permission of the District Magistrate annexed along with the writ petition. 2. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after obtaining the requisite permission as required by the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with the provisions of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
