After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at some length, Mr. Lakhkar, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition in order to avail appropriate remedy available to the petitioner under the law. The submission made by Mr. Lahkar, learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for the State respondents. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Lahkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the writ petition, with the liberty, as prayed for.
