In pursuance of the order dated 19.12.2024, today, corpus has been brought by Sri Manraj, Head Constable, Delhi Police before this Court and also cheque of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to the corpus by learned counsel for petitioner no.2. 3. On being queried, corpus stated that she is residing peacefully with respondent no.4/her father with her free will. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by her father/respondent no.4 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed. 5. Sri Manraj, Head Constable, Delhi Police who produced the corpus before this Court today, is hereby directed to provide security to the corpus along with her father from Prayagraj to their destination.
