Specific prayer has been made through the instant petition that a direction be issued to learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Agra to decide the pending Misc. Case No.2056 of 2024 (Ram Sewak Vs. Teena) preferred at the behest of petitioner under section 145(2) B.N.S.S. within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that a recall application has been preferred at the behest of petitioner for seeking recall of the judgement & order dated 21.03.2024, which was decided as an ex-parte order; on account of pendency of the same, petitioner is suffering irreparable loss. 4. Considering the arguments raised by learned for the petitioner and by bare perusal of record, learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Agra/concerned court is hereby directed to consider only the recall application preferred at the behest of petitioner and decide the same within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
