Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2-U.P. Ziladhikari, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the restoration application of the petitioner in Case No. 2939 of 2024 (Lallu Vs. Nand Lal and others) under Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, expeditiously. 3. In view of the order proposed to be passed herein, no useful purpose would be served by putting the respondent(s) to notice and keeping this petition pending before this Court. However, in case the respondent(s) feels aggrieved by the order his/her right to seek modification/variation of the order is being kept reserved. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-U.P. Ziladhikari, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment, if there is no legal impediment.
