The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phesar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 303(2), 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 109 of BNS. 3. As per the written report of the informant, on 16.03.2025 at about 8:00 AM, he and his son Sachin Kumar were returning from Barahi Bazar, in the way, the petitioners along with other accused persons, all armed with rods, khanti,

The accused persons stopped their motorcycle, snatched a gold chain from the informant and a gold locket from his son, and at the order of petitioner no. 4, the accused persons assaulted them with khanti with intention to kill. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. The injuries are simple in nature. There is case and counter case. 5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII, Aurangabad in connection with Phesar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
