By way of this writ petition, petitioner is seeking salary of post of Principal while working as an Officiating Principal. 3. It is brought into notice of this Court that after filing of this writ petition, Committee of Management has adopted the proposal in pursuance of an inquiry concluded against the petitioner to terminate her and papers have been forwarded to D.I.O.S. Bareilly who has still not taken any decision. 4. Learned Additional C.S.C. submits that 07.03.2025 was fixed for hearing of both parties i.e. petitioner and Committee of Management, however, he is not aware of any further date. 5. Considering aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that D.I.O.S. concerned will take a reasoned decision on proposal of termination of petitioner after hearing rival parties and for that parties are directed to appear before concerned D.I.O.S. on 19.03.2025 at 10.00 AM and thereafter the concerned D.I.O.S. will take a decision within a week and its legal consequence shall follow.
