JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 19/03/2025 This revision petition is preferred against the judgment dated 03.05.2005, whereby the proceedings under Section 344 of Cr.P.C., was directed to be initiated against the complainant (petitioner), wherein the Court ordered the acquittal of the accused Nemi Chand Verma. It is to be noted that the order passed under Section 344 CrPC, is an interlocutory order within the meaning of Section 397(2) of CrPC and against which no revision petition can be preferred.
