Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2, Naib Tehsildar Mirzapur Chauhari, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj to decide Case No.3726 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202402030303726, Binesh Kumar Tiwari Vs. Bhola Nath @ Bhola Nath Tiwari), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated time period. A copy of the order-sheet of the case has been appended to the writ petition, which indicates that although several dates have been fixed in the case, but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, with an observation that respondent no.2, Naib Tehsildar Mirzapur Chauhari, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before it, preferably within a period of three months, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
