By means of present criminal revision, the revisionist has challenged the order dated 12.08.2025, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun, in Case No. 2 of 2024/25, State vs. Taufik Ali, whereby, in proceedings under Section 164 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned Magistrate directed the revisionist not to create any third-party interest in the subject matter. 2. The revisionist has directly approached this Court by filing the present criminal revision. However, an alternative remedy of filing a revision before the learned Sessions Judge is available to him under the law. 3. In view of the above, the present criminal revision is dismissed in limine.
