Bail app 85/2023
On the last two consecutive dates of hearings there was no representation on behalf of the applicant. Today also when the case was called up, nobody turned up to appear for the applicant. It seems that the applicant is no longer interested to press this bail plea. Serial No. 4 Supp. CAUSE LIST

ORDER 21.11.2025 Nuzhat Shafi I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 24.11.2025 15:44

Crl R No. 19/2021
In this revision petition the petitioner namely Ravinder Singh has challenged an order dated 15.09.2021, whereby the court of learned Sessions Judge, Udhampur has framed charges against the petitioner for offences under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act.
The order impugned framing the charges against the petitioner is assailed on multiple grounds but neither the petitioner nor his counsel has turned up to substantiate the grounds .
I have gone through the order impugned and find that there is sufficient evidence on record prima facie constituting the offences under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act.
The charges were framed as far back on 15.09.2021 and the trial has also proceeded considerably. Nuzhat Shafi I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 24.11.2025 15:44
Viewed from any angle, this Court does not find it fit case to interfere with the charges framed by the court below on the basis of evidence collected and presented by the prosecution before the Trial Court.
This petition, is thus, found devoid of any merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.
