1. The instructions handed over by the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents have been duly taken on record.
2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners, even upon the revised call, nor was any adjournment slip moved, whereas the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents is present.
3. It is pertinent to note that the petitioners filed the instant writ petition before this Court, apprehending a threat to their life and property from their respective parents.
4. A perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners' apprehension of a threat to life no longer exists due to the passage of time. Consequently, the relief claimed in the petition has become infructuous, and the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
5. If any cause of action still subsists, the petitioners are at liberty to seek a recall of this order. Order Date :- 3.3.2025 Akbar Justice Vinod Diwakar Digitally signed by :- MOHAMMAD AKBAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
