In essence we find that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent nos.6 to 9 in respect of a particular shop. Such dispute is already engaging the attention of competent civil court in Original Suit No.1870 of 2024. Once that be so, there is no occasion for this Court to issue any direction to the administrative authority to deal with private rights of the parties. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue the civil proceedings, this petition is consigned to records.
