1. Mr. Neeraj Garg, learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Mr. M.C. Upadhyay and Mr. A. M. Saklani,
learned counsel for the respondent.
3. The instant second appeal has been preferred by the appellant - wife.

Brief facts of the case are that a suit for seeking divorce was filed by the wife, in which counter claim was filed by the respondent husband. Suit was dismissed and counter claim was allowed, against which First Appeal was preferred by the wife, that too was dismissed against which the instant second appeal has been preferred by the wife.
5. Both the parties were married with each other on 27.11.2004 and out of said wedlock, one male child was born, who will attain the age of majority i.e. 18 year in the month of December,
2025.
6. On the previous date i.e. on 27.11.2024, both the parties were present and they had filed application along with the compromise, which was placed on record by way of separate affidavits. Both the parties submitted that the instant second appeal be disposed of in terms of compromise entered into between the parties.
7. Today, both the parties are not present but their counsel are present and they submit that since both the parties have entered into compromise, therefore, instant second appeal be disposed of in terms of compromise.
8. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration that dispute in between the parties was matrimonial
2025:UHC:8032 and now, both the parties have settled their dispute by entering into compromise, therefore, there is no purpose to keep the second appeal pending. Accordingly, present second appeal is
disposed of in terms of compromise dated 27.11.2024 entered into between both the parties and marriage between the parties is now dissolved.
9. All the pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
