If it is not sold, an application seeking extension of time to be filed. This petitioner is also appointed as Guardian of the minor as prayed for.” 2. The present application is filed stating that the sale could not be completed within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, seeks for extension of time. 3. Considering the fact, time is extended by six months to complete the sale and report the same to this Court. All other conditions imposed by this Court in para 6 of the order dated 03.04.2024 holds good.
