[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “i. Issue Rule upon the Respondents to show cause as to why a Writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or appropriate Order/direction shall not be issued, whereby directing the Respondents to rectify the biometric mismatch and ensure proper updation of Aadhaar No. 5468 2194 4073 of minor Ms. Debanjali Das. ii. Make the Rule absolute; iii. Call for all records; iv. Pass any other or further Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.” [3] After perusal of the record, it is seen that the petitioner herein has submitted a legal notice dated 15.05.2025 through his engaged counsel addressed to the concerned respondents ventilating his grievances but till date, he has not got any fruitful response from them. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents Nos. 3,4 and 5 to take a decision in light of the legal notice dated 15.05.2025 filed by the petitioner within 01(One) month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
