[2] By the present writ petition, the petitioners pray for directing the respondent No. 1 to dispose of the pending representation dated 29.01.2025 submitted by 8 (eight) Councillors, Wanjing Lamding Municipal Council including the 3 (three) petitioners herein. It is stated that the representation is pending before the respondent No. 1 till date and it is prayed that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 to consider the representation within a period of 4 (four) weeks. [3] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent, submits that writ petition may be disposed of as prayed for by giving three months to the respondent No. 1. [4] Recording the submissions made at the bar, writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 (Commissioner (MAHUD), Government of Manipur) to consider and dispose of the representation dated 29.01.2025 submitted by the Councillors, Wangjing Lamding Municipal Council by a speaking order as per rule within a period of three moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
