By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Md. Khairul Islam, son of Amir Ali, resident of- Shagunbahni Ward No.8, Police Station-Moirabari, District-Morigaon is seeking bail in Moirabari P.S. Case No. 52/2025 registered under Section 70 BNS, read with Section 10 of the POCSO Act, wherein he was arrested on 21.04.2025 and is in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Moirabari P.S. Case No. 52/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 38/2025 dated 28.03.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Moirabari P.S. Case No. 52/2025. 5.
